- : Liaise with partner universities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.

- *Quality Assurance*
- : Implement quality control measures to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- *Data Management and Reconciliation*
- : Ensure all tag data are entered into the SPAN System and reconcile SPAN data with the Fixed Asset (FA) Register monthly.

- *Operational Coordination*
- : Responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, including supervision, staff training, performance planning, quality control monitoring, issue management, and resolution.

- *Reporting and Analysis*
- : Generate comprehensive reports on asset management activities and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- ·
- *SPAN Requirement*
- :
- Supervise tagging team members and provide support during asset physical inventory taking when necessary.
- Assign the personnel to the asset tracking roles.
- Assign tasks to asset tracking team.
- Lead the periodical inspections of different locations.
- Make sure the execution team has all the required materials for proper execution avoiding delays caused by late orders of labels, ribbons, and handhelds.
- Organize regular training and quality control inspection in the team.
- Ensure accuracy of the Asset Registration data.
Qualifications And Education
- *Educational Background*
- : Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting or Business Studies.
- *Professional Experience
- :*
- At least ten (10) years of administrative experience, including five (5) years of supervisory responsibilities in Inventory & Asset Management field.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- *Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency*
- : Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and especially Excel, enabling efficient and effective task completion.
- *Language Skills*
- : Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a valuable advantage.
- *Organizational & Time Management*
- : Exceptional abilities in organizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines and prioritize work effectively.
- *Confidentiality*
- : Proven track record of handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- *Interpersonal & Customer Service*
- : Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a customer-centric approach, ensuring positive interactions and satisfaction.
- *Attention to Detail*
- : Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and unwavering accuracy, consistently delivering high-quality work.
