Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment processes across our venues
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide market insights
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and offer management
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience within lifestyle hospitality
- Pre opening recruitment experience is highly preferred
- Must have good eye for talent in lifestyle hospitality
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Strong sourcing capabilities, particularly through LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Based in Dubai or available to relocate immediately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage
