Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through engaging and professional service
- Maintain excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, champagnes, and premium beverages
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organised, and maintained to the highest standards
- Recommend beverages and upsell premium products to enhance the guest experience
- Monitor inventory and support stock control procedures
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, beach club, or lifestyle venue
- Strong knowledge of classic and signature cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and champagnes
- Experience in high volume luxury hospitality environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
