Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the hostess team to deliver exceptional guest arrival and departure experiences
- Manage reservations, seating plans, and table allocation to maximise operational efficiency
- Ensure a warm, professional, and memorable first impression for all guests
- Coordinate with restaurant management and service teams to optimise guest flow
- Handle VIP reservations, special requests, and guest concerns professionally
- Train, coach, and develop the hostess team while maintaining luxury hospitality standards
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, grooming, and operational procedures
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality
- 1 2 years in a Head Hostess or Senior Hostess role
- Previous experience in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, beach clubs, or lifestyle dining concepts
- Experience managing reservations using Seven Rooms or OpenTable is highly desirable
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills
- Fluent in English
- Additional European languages and previous international experience are an advantage
