Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a FREELANCE Recruiter (Commission Only), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Recruiter will be responsible for actively sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent, ensuring alignment with EGRE’s hiring needs and business objectives.

Main responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building relationships with candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing goals.

Emphasis will be placed on talent acquisition strategies, networking, and delivering an excellent candidate experience while maintaining the company's commitment to professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and selection processes especially in REAL ESTATE
  • Proven skills in networking, building relationships, and conducting job interviews
  • Experience utilizing recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit for organizational needs effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry or prior experience in real estate recruitment is a plus
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while meeting targets
  • Familiarity with the labor market and employment regulations in the UAE
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage
