About the Role
EGRE International seeks a highly organized Real Estate Operations Executive to serve as the operational hub for property listings, CRM data, enquiries, and reporting. The role involves managing property portals, maintaining CRM records, and supporting sales teams.

Responsibilities
- Create, upload and maintain property listings across multiple property portals
- Ensure listings are accurate, compliant and professionally presented
- Update pricing, availability, photographs, floor plans and marketing information
- Monitor listing quality and optimise presentation
- Maintain accurate client, landlord and property records in CRM
- Manage incoming enquiries and allocate leads efficiently
- Ensure all sales activity is correctly recorded in CRM
- Monitor CRM compliance across the sales team
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
- Answer incoming enquiries professionally and qualify prospective buyers and tenants
- Allocate enquiries to the appropriate consultant and follow up on incomplete enquiries
- Coordinate with marketing regarding new listings and campaigns
Requirements
- Previous experience using a CRM system
- Experience with property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Rightmove, Zoopla or similar
- Exceptionally organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Confident communication in English
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Takes ownership rather than waiting to be instructed
- Experience in UAE or UK real estate industry is an advantage

The Role
- You will become the operational hub of our property business, ensuring listings, CRM data, enquiries and reporting are managed to the highest standard.
- Working closely with the management team and sales consultants, you will help maintain the quality, speed and organisation that supports our continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Property Listings: Create, upload and maintain property listings across multiple property portals; ensure accuracy and compliance; update pricing, availability, photographs, floor plans; monitor listing quality.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate client, landlord and property records; manage incoming enquiries and allocate leads; ensure sales activity is recorded; monitor CRM compliance; produce performance reports.
- Sales Support: Answer incoming enquiries; qualify prospective buyers and tenants; allocate enquiries to consultants; follow up on incomplete enquiries; assist management with reporting.
- Operations: Coordinate with marketing; assist with documentation and property onboarding; identify opportunities to improve internal processes and automation.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous experience using a CRM system.
- Has worked with property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Rightmove, Zoopla or similar.
- Is exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Enjoys working with systems and technology.
- Has strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Communicates confidently in English.
- Thrives in a fast paced environment.
- Takes ownership rather than waiting to be instructed.
- Experience in UAE or UK real estate industry is an advantage.
