- Create engaging content for Xiaohongshu, WeChat, WeChat Video Channel, Douyin, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Write Chinese and English captions, titles, and short form scripts
- Develop content ideas and content calendars
- Research trending topics and platform trends
- Publish and schedule content across platforms
- Assist with filming property tours and lifestyle content
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and editors
- Help organise content shoots and filming schedules
- Capture behind the scenes content when required
- Support marketing campaigns and property launches
- Assist with founder personal branding content
- Monitor social media engagement and growth
Requirements
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Strong writing skills in Chinese and English
- Familiar with Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat, Instagram, TikTok
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required
- Strong sense of aesthetics and content creation
- Organised and detail oriented
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Dubai based or willing to relocate

The Role
- We are looking for a creative, energetic, and bilingual content creator to help grow EGRE's social media presence across Chinese and international platforms.
- This is a hands on content role focused on creating, publishing, and optimising engaging content related to: Dubai real estate, London property, International lifestyle, Investment trends, Entrepreneurship and business.
- You will work closely with the founders and sales team to create content that attracts clients, builds brand awareness, and grows our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Xiaohongshu, WeChat, WeChat Video Channel, Douyin, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Write Chinese and English captions, titles, and short form scripts
- Develop content ideas and content calendars

- Photography or design experience
- Experience growing social media accounts organically
