Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred.

Experience building and maintaining recruiting reports, manpower trackers, and hiring dashboards in Excel; comfortable presenting hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, weekly manpower status) to leadership.
