Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned MEP projects.
Supervise Project Coordinators & Assistant Project Manager teams to achieve schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and accountability.
Maintain project-level budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.

Assist in recruiting and onboarding project staff as needed.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Implement project controls, quality assurance, and reporting standards.
Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and efficiencies.
PMP, PE, DBIA, or CCM certification.
Experience in design-build, IPD, or alternative delivery projects.
Strong client network within Southern California markets.
