Overview
The HR Recruiter shall responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, to ensure that the organization attracts and hires right talent from marine and crew industry.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and **Candidates on visit visa are preferred( Immediate Joiner)**
Key Responsibilities
- Understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor hiring practices to enhance recruitment efforts
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.) LinkedIn Hiring Knowledge is a must
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including networking, referrals, and direct sourcing to attract candidates
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Provide feedback and support to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Work closely with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with overall HR goals
- Prepare and extend job offers to select candidates, negotiating terms as necessary
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Generate reports on recruitment activities and provide insights into management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 02-04years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition or HR generalist
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
