- Assist with private group functions and events at recreational facilities
- Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No prior related work experience required
- CPR certification
- First aid certification
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance

Position Summary
- Serve as a key resource for all recreational activities facilitated on the property.
- Provide information to guests about available recreational facilities including pool, beach, entertainment/game room, gym, and kids' activity center.
- Motivate, recruit, register, and organize guests to participate in recreational activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide information to guests about available recreational facilities.
- Motivate, recruit, register, and organize guests to participate in recreational activities.
- Foster a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
- Promote rules and regulations of recreational facilities to maintain safety and well being.
- Observe activity in recreational facility and react correctly per local operating procedures in emergencies.
- Provide cashier service when working at facilities including point of sale transactions.
- Assist with private group functions and events at recreational facilities.
- Be alert to situations where participation in an activity is unsafe and report to supervisor/manager.
- Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
- Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Follow company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and protect company assets.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals.
- Process payments for equipment rental, recreational activities, facility rental, or retail sales.
- Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.
- Read and visually verify information in various formats.
- Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
- Enter and locate work related information using computers or point of sale systems.
Desired Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Related work experience: None required.
- Supervisory experience: None required.
- License or certification: CPR certification, First aid certification, Recreation and fitness equipment, Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
