Job Purpose
Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for visitors and callers.
Support efficient communication, administrative activities and smooth front-office operations.
Manage inquiries, coordinate appointments and maintain an organized reception area.
Front Office Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate extensions.
- Receive visitors and direct them to the relevant departments.
- Maintain records of personal international calls.
- Receive, stamp, register and forward incoming letters, faxes and parcels.
- Maintain hard-copy and electronic records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Mail and Office Coordination
- Coordinate with storekeepers to send parcels and goods received at the office.
