Its projects include high-voltage substations, cable networks, and transmission lines.
Job Purpose
Manage effective and efficient control of engineering documents.
Support data gathering, file management, report consolidation, and cross-department activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the Document Control Management System according to ISO standards.
- Monitor document control requirements and recommend system improvements.
- Distribute, track, retrieve, and manage electronic engineering documents, folders, directories, and drawings.
- Prepare drawings, computer graphics, and technical submissions for business development and project managers.
- Expedite document returns, approvals, and comments from internal and external parties.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on tender submission documents and manage related timelines.
- Manage office and site sales and project documents and drawings.
- File project documents sequentially and control the engineering library of procedures, codes, standards, and specifications.
- Issue documents through the transmittal system and enforce document tracking and distribution procedures.
