Role Overview

  • We are looking for a well experienced Receptionist for an established Real estate company.

Responsibilities

  • Well presentable
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors/clients.
  • Handling Front desk reception duties such as answering calls, screening, forwarding incoming phone calls, and performing other tasks such as filing, photocopying, etc.
  • Updating the call list and visitors list
  • Maintaining and Performing General Office administration duties
  • Ensuring a safe and orderly reception area
  • Assisting colleagues with their administrative tasks.
  • Book the meeting room(s) based on in house staff request
  • Ensuring the meeting rooms are filled with required stationery and water, etc…
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email regarding the product/property or any other inquiries
  • Sending the internal memo to the staff and maintaining the staff’s attendance
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
