About the Role

- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Capture correct and accurate customer’s data on the system
- File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned
- Operate a variety of standard office machines
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
- Order management / Invoice approvals and disputes / Record Keeping
Requirements
- At least high school graduate
- 2 years with experience (Home Country Experience Consider)
- Well versed in switchboard system
- Ability to use existing system applications
- Language: Arabic, English (Mandatory)

Job Context & Essential Functions
- The Receptionist is responsible to greet customers, answer questions, announce calls and provide directions related to the service point process and to answer a multi line switchboard quickly and direct calls to their destination without delay.
Essential Functions
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Capture correct and accurate customer’s data on the system.
- File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other departments as needed.
- Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a personal computer and a variety of computer software, phone, fax, shredding machine and photocopy machine.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co workers, supervisors and the general public.
- Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
Education & Experiences
- At least high school graduate
- 2years With experience ( Home Country Experience Consider )
Job Prerequisites/ Skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
- Well versed in switchboard system.
- Ability to use existing system applications
- Language: Arabic , English (Mandatory)
Compensation
- Pay: AED4,000.00 AED5,000.00 per month
