About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and leading strategic lead generating activities
- Sell business setup services with key corporate and government prospects
- Identify sales improvements or new services and products by remaining current on industry trends
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Conduct cold calls as appropriate within geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Track progress against targets and take necessary action with Manager
- Submit weekly work in progress reports
- Utilize the CRM system to maximize opportunities
- Conduct cross selling activities for services and products of other units
- Represent the unit at trade events, exhibitions, and industry organizations
- Manage the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation, and closing negotiations
- Support contract compliance through negotiation of contractual and payment terms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Arabic language proficiency
- Business Setup Advisor experience: 2 years (Required)

Job Context & Essential Functions
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and leading strategic lead generating activities for the business unit.
- Sells business set up services with key corporate and government prospects.
- Identifies sales improvements or new services and products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state of the art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Conduct cold call as appropriate within geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Track progress against targets on an ongoing basis and take necessary action with Manager to refocus efforts if targets are not being met.
- Submit weekly work in progress reports and ensure data is accurate for real time reporting.
- Utilize the On Time CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System to maximize opportunities.
- Conduct cross selling activities for the services and products of the other units of the group.
- Professionally represent the unit at related trade events, exhibitions and other industry and professional organizations.
- Share knowledge, experience and expertise with Healthcare team, key clients, customer and third parties.
Education & Experiences
- A bachelor’s degree qualification
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity
