- Conduct cold calls to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Track progress against targets and submit weekly work in progress reports
- Utilize CRM system to maximize opportunities
- Conduct cross selling activities for other group services
- Manage the sales process from prospect development to closing negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree qualification
- 2 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Russian language proficiency (Required)
- Advanced presentation, negotiation, and cold calling skills
- Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and sales goals
- Experience with Mainland business setup (preferred)

Job Overview
- The Business Setup Advisor is responsible to build and manage relationships with domestic clients to grow new and existing businesses by identifying and promoting business set up services.
Essential Functions
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and leading strategic lead generating activities.
- Sells business set up services with key corporate and government prospects.
- Identifies sales improvements or new services and products by remaining current on industry trends.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Conducts cold calls as appropriate within geographic area.
- Tracks progress against targets and submits weekly work in progress reports.
- Utilizes CRM system to maximize opportunities.
- Conducts cross selling activities for other group services.
- Manages the sales process through prospect development to closing negotiations.
- Supports contract compliance through negotiation of terms.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree qualification
- 2 5 years' experience in a similar capacity

Compensation
- Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
