Role overview
The Receptionist will join the Client Services team supporting independent medical assessments for legal and insurance clients.
The role delivers a high-quality client-focused experience while coordinating assessments and supporting consultants and clients.
This is a part-time position working 26 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate bookings and manage consultant schedules to maximise appointment utilisation.
- Liaise with clients to deliver services in line with agreements and processes.
- Prepare and manage medical files for appointments.
- Provide administrative support to consultants.
- Respond to client enquiries about reports, invoicing, and status updates.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.
- Support team activities, including reception duties, and ensure visitors feel welcome and supported.

- Strong communication, organisational, flexibility, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
