Role Overview
MedHealth is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to drive service excellence across its national organisation.
The role works with the Head of Technology Customer Experience to ensure technology services are reliable, efficient, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and improve ITSM and ITIL-aligned processes.
- Manage technology change activities, communications, and business readiness.
- Oversee technology onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, and technology assets.
- Support technology project delivery and operational governance.
- Drive service improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members while promoting a customer-first culture.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, IT operations, or ITSM leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices.
- Experience in change management, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to deliver service improvements and manage operational performance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
