Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations, welcome visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Manage front desk operations and meeting room coordination
  • Maintain records, documents, and office correspondence
  • Support administrative and office coordination activities
  • Ensure smooth communication in both Arabic and English

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience as Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and email handling
  • Professional appearance and customer service skills
  • Candidates currently available in UAE preferred
