About the Role

Responsibilities
- Register and process check in for all arrivals
- Handle cashiering duties, foreign exchange, and night audit tasks
- Handle walk in and call in reservations
- Resolve guest complaints and liaise with departments
- Issue guest room key cards and ensure security
- Check and convey messages to guests
- Assist at Information counter, Foreign Exchange, Night Audit, and Business centre
- Review logbook, verify outstanding items, and follow up
- Print panic report at least twice per shift
- Attend briefings and take notes
Requirements
- Saudi National (Tamayyaz Program)
- Little to no work experience; fresh graduates or up to 6 months experience
- Basic English skills
- Strong passion for hospitality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
- Flexible roster availability

Job Description
- Planning & Organizing: Review and update Logbook, check equipment, maintain friendly disposition, oversee day to day operations, report to supervisors, monitor employee performance, handle guest complaints, implement Front Office OSM, attend training, cooperate with team, be aware of daily activitie

Qualifications
- Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
- Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Basic English skills are a must.
- Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co workers.
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
