Role Overview

  • First point of contact for members, guests, and prospective clients
  • Combines hospitality, member support, administrative coordination, and sales assistance
  • Key part in managing the member journey and supporting sales activities

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
  • Create a positive and welcoming studio environment
  • Assist members with bookings, schedule changes, and account inquiries
  • Ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure
  • Handle member concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media inquiries via CRM
  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing members and prospective clients
  • Follow up with trial attendees, inactive members, and leads to enhance engagement and conversion
  • Provide accurate information regarding memberships, schedules, services, and studio offerings
  • Support member retention through proactive communication and relationship building
  • Assist prospects throughout the inquiry and booking process
  • Schedule trials, consultations, and introductory sessions

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration, sales support, or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer first mindset
  • Comfortable managing multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
  • Experience using CRM systems and digital communication tools is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and building community is a plus
