Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients and direct them to their desired location within the facility.
- Provide basic information about products or services and answer client inquiries.
- Route incoming calls and handle simple inquiries over the phone.
- Address complaints professionally, resolving them or directing them to the appropriate person.
- Organize pre-booked appointments to prevent scheduling overlaps.
- Resolve client issues related to offered services or products.
- Guide clients around the facility and advise on product choices.
- Interact politely and professionally with clients and colleagues.
