The Personal Fitness Trainer and EMS Specialist delivers safe, effective, and personalized EMS-based training programs.
The role covers client assessment, program design, performance monitoring, motivation, retention, and service quality.
Education and Certification
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field is required, or equivalent practical experience is accepted.
- Personal trainer certification from a recognized organization such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or REPs is preferred.
- Strong hands-on personal training or EMS-based training experience will be considered.
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of exercise physiology, functional training methods, and EMS training systems is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- The role requires client motivation, coaching, engagement, and training-program design and adaptation.
