Position Overview
The Administrative Officer supports daily administrative and operational activities across the company.
The role maintains records, prepares reports and documents, coordinates with departments and branches, and supports efficient office operations.
The position requires organization, attention to detail, professional communication, multitasking, confidentiality, and accuracy.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Office Administration, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in administration, office management, operations support, or a related field.
- Experience in a multi-branch, fitness, retail, hospitality, or service-based organization is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of administrative systems, databases, and digital platforms is advantageous.
