We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and professional image of the company.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately.
- Handle visitor inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain the reception area and common areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Maintain records of visitors, calls, and office activities.
- Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, photocopiers, and computers.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate restocking when needed.
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Reception or Customer Service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Clear communication skills in both Arabic and English.
