Delivering an exceptional experience for clients, tenants, and visitors across the company’s serviced residential projects.
The role focuses on managing hospitality services, customer relations, front desk operations, VIP services, and event coordination, while ensuring the highest standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily hospitality operations across the company’s projects.
- Ensure a premium and distinguished experience for tenants, clients, and visitors.
- Manage reception teams, the Customer Service and VIP Relations Department, hospitality services, and housekeeping operations.
- Develop and implement hospitality standards, procedures, and customer service policies.
- Professionally handle client and tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Coordinate and organize events, meetings, VIP visits, and project opening ceremonies.
- Monitor cleanliness standards, overall appearance, and the quality of facilities and common areas.
- Collaborate with maintenance, security, leasing, and property management departments to ensure service excellence.
- Supervise hospitality vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality performance.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze customer feedback, and develop service improvement plans.
- Manage hospitality budgets, purchasing activities, and inventory control.
- Train and motivate employees to maintain the highest levels of service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in hospitality, serviced residential operations, or the hotel industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Ability to handle VIP clients and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
