We are looking for a dynamic and creative
Marketing Executive
to join our growing hospitality team.
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, attract customers, increase revenue, and support business growth across hospitality operations including hotels, restaurants, resorts, and entertainment services.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospitality services, offers, events, and brand initiatives.
- Manage social media platforms, digital marketing activities, and online advertising campaigns.
- Create engaging marketing content including social media posts, email campaigns, promotional materials, and website content.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and suppliers to ensure high-quality marketing deliverables.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Support sales initiatives through promotional campaigns and partnership opportunities.
- Organize and manage events, exhibitions, activations, and public relations activities.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Build relationships with media partners, influencers, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- **3–5 years of experience**
- in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
