- Providing high end reception, accurate data registration, and seamless patient flow to designated clinics
- Expertly managing scheduling (bookings & confirmations) to prevent overlaps and strictly minimize wait times
- Handling POS transactions, issuing tax invoices, and securing immediate insurance authorizations with 100% accuracy
- Maintaining a professional appearance and ensuring the reception area remains organized and welcoming
- Resolving patient concerns and responding to all inquiries with clarity and poise
- Submitting daily operational reports and coordinating effectively between doctors, nursing, and labs
Requirements
- Saudi National Only
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role in high level hospital or hotel settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional level of English language

Key Responsibilities & Core Tasks

- Submitting daily operational reports and coordinating effectively between doctors, nursing, and labs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi National Only
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role in high level hospital or hotel settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Professional level of English language
