The IT Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day running of the clinic's technology — keeping staff productive, systems available, and data secure.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is technically curious, service-oriented, and comfortable being the go-to IT person for a growing clinical team.

You'll work closely with external vendors and specialist partners, with room to grow your scope as the clinic scales.

Responsibilities

· Record daily accounting transactions in the accounting system.

· Prepare and review invoices, payments, and expense reports.

· Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

· Perform regular bank reconciliations.

· Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.

· Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

· Maintain proper documentation and financial records.

· Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

· Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters.

Requirement

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

· Knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting.

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

· Experience in Healthcare preferred.

· Familiar with ZATCA and ERP.
