Overview

About the Clinic

We are a premium IVF and fertility clinic launching in Riyadh in July 2026, backed by a regional investment group.

The clinic is bringing internationally benchmarked, UK-standard protocols to Saudi Arabia for the first time, delivered within a luxury, couple-centred, and deeply culturally attuned patient environment.

We are entering a market with significant unmet demand and a clear gap at the premium end.

The brand is positioned at the intersection of British medical excellence, luxury wellness experience, and Saudi cultural sensitivity.

Our patients are discerning, privacy-conscious couples who expect the same standards they would receive in London or Geneva — without leaving the Kingdom.

The IT Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day running of the clinic's technology — keeping staff productive, systems available, and data secure.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is technically curious, service-oriented, and comfortable being the go-to IT person for a growing clinical team.

You'll work closely with external vendors and specialist partners, with room to grow your scope as the clinic scales.

Why Join us?

  • Be the founding IT team member of a first-of-its-kind premium fertility clinic in Saudi Arabia
  • Broad hands-on exposure across infrastructure, systems, databases, and security
  • Clear development path as the clinic scales and the IT function grows
  • Work directly with clinical, operations, and marketing leadership

1. IT Support and End-User Services

  • Provide responsive in-person and remote IT support to clinical and admin staff
  • Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and clinical workstations
  • Administer the clinic's cloud productivity suite (Google Workspace) — user accounts, mailboxes, shared drives, and permissions
  • Manage printers, scanners, meeting room AV, and general office IT
  • Maintain an asset register and a simple ticketing log

2. Infrastructure and Network Support

  • Support day-to-day operation of the clinic's on-premise IT infrastructure: servers, network, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and VPN
  • Monitor network performance and escalate issues to vendors or senior partners where needed
  • Support server patching, monitoring, and routine maintenance
  • Support hybrid cloud backup routines and verify backups are running
  • Manage UPS, server room environment, and physical IT assets

3. Data and Reporting

  • Write SQL queries to extract data for management, clinical audit, and marketing reporting
  • Support routine database administration tasks (user accounts, scheduled backups, basic checks) under guidance
  • Maintain data integrity through routine validation and deduplication
  • Help the team get the reports and dashboards they need

4. Security and Data Protection Support

  • Follow and support PDPL-compliant handling of patient data across all systems
  • Administer endpoint security, MFA, and password policies
  • Support access reviews and joiner/leaver processes
  • Support audit preparation for MoH, PDPL, and CAP accreditation
  • Escalate security concerns promptly

5. Clinical and Operational Systems

  • Provide first-line support for the Hospital Management System (HMS), patient portal, and CRM
  • Manage user accounts and permissions across clinic systems
  • Liaise with external vendors (HMS, CRM, lab interfaces, telemedicine platform) on day-to-day issues
  • Document system configurations and common troubleshooting steps

6. ERP, Stock Management and Vendor Support

  • Support the implementation of the clinic's ERP / stock management system, working alongside the appointed vendor implementation lead and the Operations and Finance teams on configuration, data setup, and user acceptance testing
  • Administer the stock management system day-to-day once live: user accounts, SKU setup, supplier records, and workflow support
  • Support lab and clinical teams with stock data queries and reporting
  • Train end users on system workflows
  • Act as day-to-day point of contact for IT vendors and SaaS providers
  • Track licences and renewals; flag issues to the General Manager

Essential

  • 3+ years in an IT support, service desk, or systems administration role
  • Working knowledge of SQL — able to write joins, aggregations, and basic reporting queries
  • Experience administering a cloud productivity suite (Google Workspace preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with networking basics — Wi-Fi, switches, firewall rules, VPN
  • Endpoint management across major desktop operating systems
  • Experience supporting business-critical SaaS applications
  • Understanding of data protection principles and basic access control
  • Comfortable working directly with non-technical end users; clear communicator
  • Willingness to learn and grow the role as the clinic scales
  • Able to effectively communicate in Arabic and English

Desirable

  • Experience in a healthcare, clinical, or regulated environment
  • Familiarity with HMS / EMR systems and healthcare CRM platforms
  • Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and data visualisation tools
  • Exposure to database administration tasks
  • Experience with server or network administration
  • Familiarity with PDPL, HIPAA, or equivalent health-data regulations
