- Collect and organize KYC documentation
- Manage investor files, records, agreements, and onboarding documentation
- Maintain onboarding trackers and update CRM systems
- Coordinate investor account setup and activation processes
- Manage welcome email issuance and investor login credentials
- Follow up on pending or missing investor documents
- Support investor migration projects and prepare onboarding documentation packs
- Maintain accurate document control systems and records
- Coordinate administrative communication with subsidiary companies and internal teams
- Track AUM allocation requests
- Assist with front office operations when required
- Support investor meetings and guest coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, document control, compliance support, banking operations, real estate administration, or financial services
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in KYC or compliance related functions (preferred)
- Experience using CRM systems (preferred)
- Background in financial services or investment administration (preferred)
