Position Overview

  • Empire Holding is seeking a dynamic professional responsible for protecting and enhancing the group’s premium image, investor experience, and corporate presentation standards.
  • This is not a traditional marketing role. The successful candidate will oversee investor experience, office ambience, hospitality standards, corporate image, premium presentation, events, branding, and overall client perception.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen the Empire Holding brand identity.
  • Ensure consistency across all presentations, profiles, brochures, and communications.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and investor facing content in collaboration with designers, photographers, videographers, and content teams.
  • Design and improve investor journeys and premium onboarding experiences.
  • Manage investor gifts, welcome packages, and VIP investor experiences.
  • Support investor dinners, networking events, and corporate gatherings.
  • Maintain luxury office presentation standards across all investor facing areas.
  • Coordinate interior styling and décor enhancements, including furniture, artwork, lighting, and fragrance.
  • Continuously improve office ambience and visitor experience to reflect a premium environment.
  • Establish and uphold hospitality standards across the organization.
  • Coordinate investor events and executive gatherings.
  • Manage event branding and execution.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in branding, luxury hospitality, customer experience, event management, marketing, premium retail, interior styling, or corporate communications.
  • Strong understanding of luxury service standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in vendor and supplier management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in interior design or styling.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality.
  • Experience working with HNWI or investor clientele.

Availability

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
