Location and Work Arrangement
- Location: Building Materials Mall, Warsan, Dubai.
- Work location: In person.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; this demographic restriction was excluded from normalized requirements.
- Similar prior experience is required.
- Basic use of computer applications is required.
- Good English and Arabic language skills are required.
- The role seeks a confident, friendly, customer-facing personality.
Basic Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Manage customer registration and basic follow-ups.
- Support the showroom sales team with customer coordination.
- Handle social media inquiries and provide basic marketing support.
- Maintain the front desk, customer records, and daily reports.
Compensation
- Fixed salary: AED 2,800 to AED 3,200 per month.
- Monthly allowance of up to AED 500 based on KPIs.
- Sales commission may apply.
