Location and Work Setting
- The role is based in Warsan, Dubai.
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Female candidate only.
- Good communication skills in English are required.
- Arabic communication skills are advantageous.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is required.
- Candidates should be presentable and have an excellent personality.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Manage customer registration and basic follow-ups.
- Support the showroom sales team with customer coordination.
- Handle social media inquiries and basic marketing support.
- Maintain the front desk, customer records, and daily reports.
- Basic computer skills and good English communication are required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary is AED 3,000 to AED 3,300.
- A monthly KPI amount of up to AED 500 may be available based on tasks.
- Sales commission may be available where applicable.
- Shared accommodation and transportation are provided.
- A work visa is provided after a one-month probation period.
- Health insurance, annual leave, and an air ticket are provided.
