Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Warsan 3, Dubai.
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is required.
- Applicants need basic computer skills.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- A professional and personable approach is expected.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Manage customer registration and basic follow-ups.
- Support the showroom sales team with customer coordination.
- Handle social media inquiries and basic marketing support.
- Maintain the front desk, customer records, and daily reports.
Compensation and Benefits
- The salary is AED 3,000 to AED 3,300 per month.
- A monthly KPI amount of up to AED 500 may be available based on tasks.
- Sales commission may apply.
- Shared accommodation, transportation, work visa after a one-month probation period, health insurance, annual leave, and an air ticket are offered.
