Key Responsibilities
- Provide full, confidential, secretarial, and administrative support as required.
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, parents, students, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Screen all incoming telephone calls and visitors, dealing with enquiries appropriately and directing them to the relevant person or department.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students regarding queries, problems, complaints, and general information through face to face interactions, telephone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information, student records, and organizational documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail distribution and email communications.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of school events, including Sports Day, Swimming Galas, Parent Evenings, Information Evenings, Open Evenings, Residential Visits, School Productions and Performances.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support, including photocopying, filing, scanning, completing standard forms, data entry and record updates.
- Maintain accurate databases, filing systems, and administrative records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars when required.
- Support the coordination and administration of Extra Curricular Activities, including registrations, communications, attendance records, and event arrangements.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized, professional, and presentable at all times.
