- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative and office tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service Representative
- Automotive industry experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Job Summary
