Job Description – Auto Polisher
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Auto Polisher** to join our automotive service team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring and enhancing vehicle paint finishes through professional polishing, buffing, and surface treatment techniques to achieve showroom-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- **Vehicle Polishing:** Perform machine and manual polishing to remove swirl marks, scratches, oxidation, and paint imperfections.
- **Surface Preparation:** Wash, clean, clay, and prepare vehicle surfaces before polishing and detailing procedures.
- **Buffing & Finishing:** Use polishing compounds, buffers, and finishing products to restore gloss and shine to vehicle paintwork.
- **Paint Protection:** Apply wax, sealants, ceramic coatings, and other protective treatments as required.
- **Quality Inspection:** Inspect vehicle surfaces carefully to ensure high-quality finishing and customer satisfaction.
- **Equipment Maintenance:** Maintain polishing tools, pads, and detailing equipment in proper working condition.
- **Workplace Safety:** Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Auto Polisher or Car Detailer
- Knowledge of polishing machines, compounds, and paint correction techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
