The employer is seeking a Receptionist cum Waitress to support guest reception and dining service.
The role combines reception, seating, reservations, food and beverage service, billing, and guest support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage guest seating, reservations, and basic reception duties.
- Take food and beverage orders and serve guests efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests.
- Handle POS billing and cash or card payments when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and reception areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and food and beverage team for smooth service.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow company hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
Requirements
- Candidates must have 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, waitress, hostess, or in a similar role.
- Good communication and customer-service skills are required.
- Candidates should have a pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Candidates must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,277.79 to AED 3,500.00 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
