Job Summary
The Bay Health Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Personal Trainer.
The role focuses on personalized fitness programs, member motivation, and a high-quality training experience.
Workplace

- The position is based at a health club in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and understand members' fitness goals.
- Develop personalized workout and training programs.
- Conduct one-to-one and small-group personal training sessions.
- Guide members on exercise techniques, form, and equipment usage.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs accordingly.
- Motivate and support members in achieving their fitness goals.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional training environment.
- Build strong member relationships and encourage client retention.
- Promote personal training packages and contribute to club revenue targets.
- Stay current with fitness trends, training techniques, and industry practices.
Requirements
- Recognized personal trainer certification from an established organization is required.
