- Communicate confidently with customers in Arabic and English.
- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and respond to their requests.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare bills and process cash, card, and digital payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and dining areas.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow all hygiene, food safety, and company policies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Waitress, Hostess, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
