We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Chef to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in healthy cuisine and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef
- Mandatory experience in healthy cuisine / healthy meal preparation
- Strong knowledge of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen management
- Ability to create healthy and innovative menu items
- Team leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Manage daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and supervise healthy food production
- Maintain food quality and presentation standards
- Monitor hygiene and safety standards
- Control kitchen inventory and food costs
- Train and manage kitchen staff
