Core Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests, maintain a tidy reception area, and manage office security protocols (e.g., issuing visitor badges and logging entries).
  • Communication & Call Handling: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for clients, resolve complaints, process requests, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage courier services, sort mail, maintain office supplies inventory, and assist with meeting room scheduling.
  • Data & Records: Maintain and update customer databases, track daily logs, and prepare correspondence or reports.
  • Cross Departmental Coordination: Assist various teams (such as HR, sales, or operations) with day to day administrative tasks.

Pay

  • AED 2,500.00 AED 4,000.00 per month
