- Maintain office records and filing system
- Support the team with daily office operations
- Coordinate with the Property Manager regarding building maintenance issues and tenant concerns
- Report and follow up on all building related problems (maintenance, repairs, complaints, etc.)
- Follow up on repairs, complaints, and service requests with vendors and maintenance teams
- Maintain records of building related issues and resolutions
- Ensure smooth day to day coordination of building operations

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Organized, responsible, and proactive attitude
- Ability to handle coordination tasks efficiently
