Overview
- We’re looking for a proactive F&B Operations Assistant to join our growing independent online beverage and snack business.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on kitchen operations, takes pride in quality, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- What you’ll be preparing:
- Fresh juices & smoothies
- Specialty beverages (iced coffee, infused drinks, signature mocktails)
- Lite bites such as sandwiches, bowls, and other simple premium snacks
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare drinks and food according to recipes
- Operate and maintain beverage equipment (juicers, blenders, sealing machines)
- Ensure every order is delivery-ready—well-packed, leak-proof, and visually appealing
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor inventory of fresh produce and packaging materials
Requirements
- Previous experience in a juice bar, café, or kitchen environment
- Comfortable handling beverage equipment
- Able to work quickly while maintaining consistency and quality
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene (Dubai Occupational Health Card is an advantage)
