Role Overview
Provide efficient administrative, reception, and operational support for Atlas Marine Shipping LLC.
Coordinate professionally with colleagues, clients, visitors, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration, correspondence, and documentation.
- Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and business partners professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails with local and international partners.
- Support the Chartering and Operations Team with administration and documentation.
- Track office and vessel supplies, marine stores, and requisition requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office, meeting, reception, and common areas.
- Monitor document validity and maintain accurate records on time.
- Perform other assigned administrative and operational support duties.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
