Role Overview
The company is seeking a Receptionist / Admin Officer to provide efficient administrative, reception, and operational support.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and confident communicating with colleagues, clients, visitors, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration, correspondence, and documentation.
- Answer calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and business partners.
- Manage email and communications with local and international partners.
- Support the Chartering and Operations Team with administration and documentation.
- Track office and vessel supplies, marine stores, and requisition requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across office and reception areas.
- Monitor document validity and maintain accurate records.
- Perform other assigned administrative and operational support duties.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, professional, and confident in communication and coordination.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
