Role Overview

  • The role involves front desk and customer service, administrative support, and office and facility management.

Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Welcoming guests, offering refreshments, and ensuring they are connected with the correct employee
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, couriers, and packages
  • Responding to general questions from the public or clients in person, over the phone, or via email

Administrative Support

  • Scheduling meetings, managing boardroom bookings, and coordinating appointments
  • Handling data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
