Bedashing Beauty Lounge and Tips & Toes are seeking enthusiastic Receptionists to provide warm welcomes and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing appointments, processing payments, and supporting salon operations.

- Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and walk in clients efficiently
- Respond to calls, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with service recommendations, promotions, and membership information
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily cash and transaction records
- Coordinate with the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Keep the reception area organized, presentable, and inviting
- Handle client feedback professionally and ensure concerns are resolved promptly
- Support the branch with general administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in reception, front office, customer service, or hospitality
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and booking systems
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in reception, front office, customer service, or hospitality.
- Experience in a salon, spa, beauty, or wellness environment is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, booking systems.
- Friendly, confident, and professional with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
